We pride ourselves on our outstanding and personalized customer service. We will respond to your inquiries and orders fast, and guarantee a quick turn-around. No job is too big or too hard! We stand behind all of the products we sell and our goal is to satisfy our customers.

Design templates for your custom wrapper is available upon request. All proofs will be emailed subsequent to printing, and printing will commence only upon your approval. Time permitting, we can send you a sample of your custom wrapped product. A one time set-up fee of $50 applies to all first time wrapper designs. Artwork for custom wrappers should be PC formatted. In-house design services are available upon request at a charge of $75 per hour. Payment is due before your order is shipped.

After you approve your design, you may not cancel or make any changes, because your order goes right into printing and processing. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order if your order has not been designed. Cancellations or change orders must be submitted by email and confirmed.

We are committed to making your order a success. Refunds are offered only if the mistake is due to our error. PLEASE CHECK YOUR PROOFS CAREFULLY! Your approval is confirmation for us to print.

Shipping:

We ship via UPS throughout the United States. For international shipments, or if your order requires shipping to a Post Office Box, please call us at 617.731.9808 for pricing. There is a $25 Handling Fee for International and Post Office Box orders. Packages going to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via UPS Next-Day or 2nd-Day Air.

Typically, orders are shipped and delivered Monday–Friday. For non-perishable products we recommend UPS Ground as the most economical way to ship. Products that can melt, must be shipped via 2nd-Day delivery, especially in the warm months.

We do not ship meltable products on Thursdays and Fridays if they will be in transit over the weekend. Chocolate needs to be shipped to an address where someone is available to receive them so they are not left outside. We are not responsible for candy that is shipped and not picked up in a timely manner.

Please note: Even with every precaution, there is always the chance that some products will melt during transit. Please consider the type of product you are ordering during warm weather months, as we cannot provide refunds or replacements for melted products.
